Born from a dream in 1995, we began with land banking in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) – we have since grown into a dynamic team of planners, designers, and project managers with a dynamic portfolio and a passion for shaping the spaces people live, work, and play in.
Our story winds through commercial storefronts, industrial hubs, residential districts, and more. Along the way, we’ve fitted out office spaces, replaced entire HVAC systems, and transformed raw lands into lively neighbourhoods with live-work townhouses, mixed-use marvels, and luxury subdivisions that back onto ravines.
