Located at the edge of downtown Toronto, this presidential residence is one of the most luxurious condos in the city, with panoramic views of Lake Ontario.  Inspired by the cargo piers along Toronto Harbour, award-winning firm Architects Alliance has designed this iconic piece of architecture by the lake, featuring ‘Skybridges’ that connect two pairs of pier buildings. The design provides a public promenade along the waterfront and allows all units views of the lake or the city.

This custom-built, multimillion-dollar condo is designed and project managed by Oskar Group with  Cityzen Development Group being the builder and construction company.  From bare concrete to finished custom designed cabinetry, this project took almost 3 years to complete.
